Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Ravello ships to selected international markets, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Most Ravello orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
How does the Ravello Pair Offer work?
Add any two Ravello watches to your cart. Your second timepiece will be complimentary at checkout. One for the day. One for the evening.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a short time for the tracking link to update after it is sent.
Can I change or cancel my order?
